It was an amazing experience. Keith and Jody were so nice and welcoming (pearl too!) Pearl is their black lab. The house was wonderful and the views were breathtaking.
Spent 2 nights there. The location, the cabin, and especially the hosts, are all amazing. Felt like being at home.
Scenic, atmospheric location- very quiet rural vibe in the hills and valleys of SW Wisconsin. If you want to get away from it all and kick back this is a great spot. Very comfortable lodging, and Keith and Jody are very friendly folks- we'll be back for sure!

Keith and Jody are phenomenal folks, we have been there quite a few times, enjoyed a cookout with the owners and few drinks, cabins are perfection and surrounding is untouched solitude. Hope to see you guys soon!
Myself and another fisherman stayed in Dovetail. Awesome little cabin. Great price and 5 awesome spring creeks within 5 miles. Very friendly owners and plan on staying there again. Dove tail does not have cable so you can become a bit lost on time and place which was awesome for a couple of trout bums. Coon Valley has very reasonable places to eat and get a beer.
Keith and Jodi make you feel like family when you stay at their cabins. 2nd year in a row going there for a full week. Their hospitality is more than generous. Looking for ward to coming back next year.
Excellent place to get away from it all! Nice hikes nearby in Kickapoo reserve and Wildcat Mountain. The weather was COLD, but the cabins stayed nice and warm. We stayed in Mill Pond - with a wonderful fish pond and cozy firepit. A friend stayed in Dovetail. We were able to have a socially distanced weekend of fires and hiking in a beautiful area. Dogs loved it too!
